Shipping Policy:

We offer shipping Canada wide! Gossip Gloss  has a processing time of 2-7 business days. This means that while your order may be confirmed, it will still take approximately 2-7 business days to be fulfilled. Please be patient with the arrival of your shipped package. Although, we do understand how exciting it can be when awaiting a Gossip Gloss package! Custom Fees and Import Taxes

Gossip Gloss is not responsible for any additional fees you may incur from your package.

Return/Exchange Policy:

There are no returns/exchanges on our products due to sanitary reasons.

Lost or Damaged Package:

We are not liable for any packages that are lost, stolen or damaged. As such, no refund nor replacement of lost, stolen, or damaged packages will be provided. Please note that after the package is shipped we do not have any control over it. Please contact the post office for any issues regarding your package.

Liability

By purchasing our products, you recognize and accept that some ingredients, essential oils in particular, may still cause sensitivity and reactions and that Gossip Gloss and its owners will not be held responsible for such occurrences. You, as a customer, accept full responsibility if you purchase, use, or continue using products without complete or extensive knowledge about the product ingredients.

Gossip Gloss and its owners are not liable for any individual who suffers a reaction to any particular ingredient from our product. Remember to read the ingredient lists carefully and if you have a specific allergy or sensitivity, do not use the product. Also, while we make every attempt to ensure that the labelling of any products supplied by our manufacturer accurately lists all of the ingredients used, we rely on the representations made by others. As such, an allergy patch test is highly recommended.

Even though all our ingredients are naturally-derived, please do not eat the product.
